Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office is NOW HIRING for the position of Deputy Sheriff
The Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office is seeking career oriented, highly motivated men and women with high moral and ethical standards to provide the entire range of law enforcement services to the community. We are a full service law enforcement agency offering employment in every aspect of policing and offer a wide range of employee and family benefits. We currently have openings for Deputy Sheriffs. Candidates for all positions must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Basic certification as a Georgia Peace Officer
- Certification must be in good standing.
- P.O.S.T. training must be up to date.
